Soon, I'll be running for 1000 calories in 60 minutes or less. When I'll do, I'll be averaging 145 strides per minute.
Incidently, I did 2 miles in 27:22. At my age, I don't start marking points on the US Army Physical Fitness Test until I do better than 26:30.
At my age, a passing grade of 60 in the US Army Physical Fitness Test is 19:30. A perfect "100" score is 14:24.

Date: 2007-02-13 05:04 pm (UTC)I can't burn 500 calories in a half-hour. Close, but no cigar. And, when I do, it's at my weight, not yours.
If I weighed what you weigh, I'd have to run a whole helluvalot faster to burn 500 calories, not to mention the "+".
