65 minutes | 1035 Calories | 9114 strides

What makes this particularly notable was that I weighed "light" by about seven lbs. on the gym scale. (I weighed myself three times to be sure.)

At a lighter weight, I have to work harder and run faster to burn the same amount of calories in the same amount of time. Whew!

Grizz, you are rocking and rolling. You are the man on the on the elliptical and when it comes to losing weight. I have stalled at 260lbs, so it is time I change my workout. Keep up the good work Buddy.

Thank you.

Although, I only get there once, maybe twice-a-week, and you've been getting there twice-a-day.

Also, remember that you have been burning 500 plus calories during a half-hour run. At 260 lbs., you have to be hauling some serious booty. At 3... 3XL, it takes me about 32 minutes to burn 500 calories, and then, I have the advantage because I burn extra calories bouncing my kiester up-and-down.

You, sir, are the true king of the elliptical.
