What makes this particularly notable was that I weighed "light" by about seven lbs. on the gym scale. (I weighed myself three times to be sure.)
At a lighter weight, I have to work harder and run faster to burn the same amount of calories in the same amount of time. Whew!

Date: 2007-03-06 06:41 pm (UTC)Also, remember that you have been burning 500 plus calories during a half-hour run. At 260 lbs., you have to be hauling some serious booty. At 3... 3XL, it takes me about 32 minutes to burn 500 calories, and then, I have the advantage because I burn extra calories bouncing my kiester up-and-down.
