WTF Just Happened?

I was sleeping and got close enough to consciousness to hear the following:

Situation? There's a situation?

My eyes snapped open.

I stumbed out of the bedroom, crying, "What's going on?"

My roommate said, "It's Dr. Phil..."

Yes? Yes?

"...he was counseling this family..."

Yes? Yes?

"...and they don't want to talk any more."

Huh? They said there was a situation! What's the situation!?

Back to the Gym.

I tell y'all whenever I go to the gym, not so much because I think y'all will be fascinated thinking about me working out, but because it serves as reminder to me to get off my butt and go. 

Bless me, brothers, for I have sinned. I didn't go to the gym last week. And, I may have skipped the week before that. 

( But, I went last night!  )
