Here We Go Again
| I rarely give out the phone number at the house. I give out my cellphone number. That way, I get all my messages, and I don't have to give any explanations to the roommates as to "who was calling" and "why". Well, I screwed up. I gave out the house number instead of the cellphone number and yesterday, a call for me came in. Woody lingered just outside the computer room door long enough to hear me apologize and explain, "I'm sorry. I must've given out the house number by mistake. I generally give out my cellphone number." Now, he's all upset, wanting to know why I give out my cellphone number instead of the house number! I must be having an affair! (Don't I wish.) |
