|Got to the gym an hour-and-a-half late. I stopped by the drugstore to get a prescription refilled and listed to the clerk argue with the insurance company over some technical detail. |
Walked 2.0 miles on the treadmill at 3.0 mph with a 0.5% incline. Did some lower back bends at 135 lbs. resistance, some of those "scrunches" at 90 lbs., some flies on the cable machine and some bench presses on that machine.
Because of the time and the elevated temps in the gym , I cut the work out short, with a promise to workout more tomorrow.
UPDATE: Fell asleep at the computer again. Never made it to the gym.
